Zero Fraud Tolerance Policy:

We reserve the right to refuse any order due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity.  In ALL cases, we will file a report with IFCC (Internet Fraud Complaint Center).  In all cases where the chargeback is clearly fraudulent and with ill intent, we will file a report with the customer's local authorities. If the product was delivered via U.S. Mail or to a Post Office box, we will also file a mail fraud complaint with the postmaster or Federal Authorities.

Chargeback Policy:

Customers are urged to contact us by phone or email prior to filing a chargeback. In many cases, any dissatisfaction can be resolved simply and easily. A chargeback occurs when a customer contacts a credit card-issuing bank to initiate a refund for a purchase they made on their credit card. Since chargebacks are costly and can add a considerable amount to our operating costs, which will ultimately affect the ability to provide the best prices for our valuable customers, we will not tolerate chargeback abuses. All abusers will be reported to the Chargeback Protection Project, which may affect an abuser's ability to purchase at other online retailers across the United States. Also fraudulent chargebacks WILL be reported to all major credit bureaus as a delinquent collection account. 

Payment Transaction Reversal and Payment Fraud :

You are fully responsible for paying all monies owed to Divine Minerals. In respect of any payment made by you, you agree that you will not make any charge-backs, and/or deny or reverse any such payment and will reimburse the supplier for any charge-backs, denial or reversal of payments you make and any loss suffered by the Supplier as a consequence.  In the event that payment of a shipped order is reversed by you or a third party payment processor you are responsible for making payment to Divine Minerals immediately.  Payment is due within 24 hours of reversal.  Past due amount will accrue a penalty of $1.00 per day until payment in full is made.  Delinquent accounts are turned over to a collection agency and reported to the credit Bureau.

Return Policies

Divine Minerals is dedicated to customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of the products we sell, we  DO NOT accept returns.  We strongly encourage you to purchase sample products first to determine whether our products meets your specific needs. In the event you are not happy with your order please contact us.  All returns will be at our discretion and are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Shipping Policies

Shipping from Divine Minerals will be shipped to confirmed address only. Divine Minerals reserves the right to choose the shipping method according to speed and price regardless of method chosen. 

All shipping cost include a handling fee.

International Sales Policies

We currently do not ship internationally.

Promotional-Sale-Items (a.k.a. Sales, specials, sales-promotions, Discount-promotions, Special-Sale-Items, or any item not offered at full retail cost) are subject to availability while quantities last.

In the event Promotional-Sale-Items become sold out and unavailable after customer submits order payment and prior to customer's order processing/packaging, Divine Minerals reserves the right to place said items on back order or authorize customer refund.

INDEMNIFICATION - You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Divine Minerals and divineminerals.com harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the site.

TERMINATION - These terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or Divine Minerals and divineminerals.com . You may terminate this Agreement at any time. Divine Minerals and divineminerals.com also may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the site, if in Divine Minerals and divineminerals.com's sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement.
